>> Client Support Specialist Client Support Specialist Summary Title:Client Support SpecialistID:1285Location:Overland Park, KansasDescription Provide consistent WOW! service to prospects and clients in Lewer's specialty markets which include International Student Health Insurance for K-12 Schools, Individual and Study Abroad (U.S. Students Outbound). Research K-12 international student marketplace in the US, identify competitors and create plan design comparisons. Demonstrate expertise in understanding the K-12 market. Initiate contact with K-12 schools, create meeting and proposal opportunities, and own the post-sales process, including implementation and student orientation. Research individual health insurance and study abroad competitor pricing and products, observes website activity on Lewerglobal and LewerMark for trends, communicate new program offerings, and update and maintain client data in CRM (salesforce).
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or education required. 1 year experience in international education, insurance or account management, bilingual in second language (preferably Chinese) is a plus. Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office, and strong interpersonal and client service skills required.
