**What:** We are looking for caregivers to help care for clients (mainly fragile, ill, disabled, and/or elderly), one-on-one, in their homes. Help us help the most vulnerable among us stay safe, cared for and connected during this pandemic.
**When:** Short shift, long shifts, morning shifts, evening shifts, overnight shifts, part-time hours or full-time hours. We currently have them all!
**Where:** Clients are located throughout the eastern Eastern Cuyahoga, Lake, Geauga, Northern Portage and Northern Summit Counties ***but we are especially in need of caregivers for our clients in Geauga County.***
**Pay:** Standard hourly shifts start at $12.00 per hour and can go as high as $15.00 per hour depending on the case.

**Qualifications**
* 18 years or age or older
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
* Pass a criminal background check
* TB test
* Covid-19 vaccination (or willing to get vaccinated)
* Willing to drive to client's homes up to 30 minutes away
* Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting
* Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations
* Good interpersonal skills
* Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment (preferred, not required). We'll train if you're willing to learn!
* Ability and willingness to complete online continuing education training classes
* Willingness to follow and enforce health and safety standards
* Reliability: Professionalism and discipline to arrive to clients' homes, on time, every time
* Ability to cook standard American meals
**Responsibilities**
* Provide personal care and hygiene assistance, such as showering, bathing, toileting, and dressing
* Remind clients to take prescribed medication and assist them with monitoring vitals
* Help with mobility around the house or outside (doctors appointments, walks, etc.)
* Plan and prepare meals and/or assist with feeding
* Run errands for the client or accompany them to successfully do so
* Keep the clients engaged in favorite activities and conversation
* Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
* Light housekeeping
