Location: Henderson, NV (Relocation within 40 miles of Henderson is required)
Schedule: Monday-Friday (On-Site)
Position Summary:Assembles machines, equipment, and subassemblies following blueprints and other written and verbal specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Assembles product, following blueprints and schematic drawings and specifications.
- Assembles equipment with bolts or other fastening devices to foundation or other structures.
- Installs moving parts, such as shafts, levers, or bearings, and works them to test proper movement.
- Bends and installs pipe for hydraulic systems.
- Aligns and meshes gears in gearbox to assemble system of gears using alignment & measurement tools to insure proper assembly tolerances.
- Performs layout, prep, assembly and installation of threaded and grooved pipe.
- Trouble shoot machinery and analyze and correct issues.
- Train others in all aspects of procedures to enhance the department's quality and output.
- Oversee daily & monthly maintenance of equipment.
- Tests or assists in testing operation of completed product.

Experience and SkillsMinimum Qualifications & Experience:- High school diploma or GED.
- 4+ years related experience and/or training OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be able to pass a respirator fit test and use a respirator in this position.
- Satisfactory results from a fit-for-duty screen and a drug screen
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:- Trade school program certificate.
- Welding experience.
