a full time **Retail Production Specialist** for our **Rock Island Store!**

The Retail Production Specialist is responsible for providing excellent customer service to everyone they encounter including all Goodwill team members, customers, and donors. This position is fast paced and very physical, so a successful candidate must be able to meet production goals and frequently, bend, lift, walk, stoop, push, pull, and stand for long periods of time and handle awkwardly shaped items with an average weight of 20 pounds and up to 50 pounds. You will be responsible for following hard goods and soft goods visual and written guidelines in regards to current best practices for sorting, tagging and hanging, including quality, sizing, colorizing, and seasonal. This position will accurately record hourly and daily production numbers in regards to units and racks produced, as well as be accountable for meeting the best pricing and quality standards in order to maximize the value of donated goods by offering the highest quality and value to our customers.

The Retail Production Specialist position has a starting wage of **$14.50 per hour**. Goodwill drives a strong reliability culture, you will be scheduled a rotating schedule including days, evenings, and weekend and flexibility is a must.
