Responsibilities:
- Utilize Bilingual (Spanish - English) skill set.
- Attractpotential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
- Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution; andfollowing up to ensure resolution.
Requirements:- Must have Bilingual (Spanish - English) skill set and have the ability to speak fluently in both languages.
- Have good phone skills with ability to converse, read and translateSpanishto English and English to Spanish.
- Attention to detail and willingness to train.
