Provisions Group is seeking a Salesforce Developer who is a passionate, hands-on expert with the Salesforce Platform. You enjoy working closely with practice leaders, administrators and analysts to design Salesforce solution implementations, including the appropriate Salesforce product and integrations. You will play various roles from prototyping to technical support to implementation.
In a delivery capacity, you will ensure effective solution design to meet business requirements in a variety of industry contexts. You are currently certified and have hands-on experience of all aspects of Salesforce.com (SFDC) including design, configuration, customization and implementation of applications and 3rd party integrations. This role collaborates with additional team members to design and build solutions in SFDC that support processes for continuous improvement and for reuse in other engagements. This Salesforce Dev has proven experience with Visualforce, APEX programming, Force.com APIs as well as a strong background in Salesforce Administration.

The candidate responds to calls, instant messages, and electronic mails immediately and has a base instinct about perception management with regard to client interaction and with management.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Ensures client value is being delivered by understanding client needs, team skills, and cost implications
- Develop and Admin complex Salesforce Apps for clients using APEX and no Code when needed
- Fosters and promotes innovative thinking across the client environment
- Builds and maintains internal team and client relationships on a daily basis
- Handles challenging client situations and offer guidance & direction
- Assists in /escalate reducing roadblocks within the current portfolio
- Maintain effective client relations and rapport - delivering timely and relevant information with the ability to quickly identify and report project risks.
- Post-delivery - assists client teams in supporting the live application and perform handoff and knowledge transfer activities, positioning our clients for long term success.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5-years hands-on experience within the Salesforce Platform
Sr Dev experience in APEX, Visualforce, LWC/Aura
LWC experience = Lightning Web Component
OmniStudio Experience Prefered
Complex Apex experience
Integration experience
Sales Cloud/Service Cloud minimum
Marketing automation experience (nice to have)
Extensive knowledge of Salesforce security models
Deep insight into the technology sales sector and sales enablement
Experience with customization on the Salesforce Lightning platform which should include: Lightning Components using the Lightning Design System framework, and declarative platform tools. (Process Builder, Visual Workflow, Lightning App Builder, etc.)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 7 years) work experience.
- Prefer Sr Level Dev Certifications with Sales and Services Cloud experience preferred
Ability to enter client environment and provide recommendations after assessing the requirements and the current state
Demonstrated experience managing the expectations of high profile clients and building a reputation of trust
