Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars and schedules, including prioritizing appointments and meetings.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, including room bookings, agendas, and materials preparation.
  • Act as a liaison between the President/Founder and internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and discretion in all communications.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
  • Anticipate the needs of the President/Founder and proactively address them.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Conduct research and compile data as requested.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Maintain accurate records and files.
  • Prioritize and manage incoming requests and inquiries, ensuring timely responses and appropriate follow-up actions.
  • Streamline administrative processes and implement efficiency improvements to enhance workflow.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless coordination and support across the organization.


Ideal Experience

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, supporting senior executives.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and environments.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
