As a window cleaning technician candidate, you can expect
Two weeks of paid training on best practices to provide professional window cleaning services to commercial and residential clients. Meeting at the home office in Destin daily while in your first 90 days and 3-4 times a week after to receive work, on-going training and just being part of the team. Opportunities for growth into leadership positions as the organization grows. The ability to own your schedule and income. The ability to look around Northwest Florida and sayI did that as the windows across the shore and more sparkle.
Typical Schedule: Mon-Fri, 7:30am - 3:30pm
Pay $15-$25 per hour based on performance
Maximum pay can be acquired within 6-8 months post-completion of training

Physical RequirementsAble to stand on feet for long periods of time
Able to lift up to 60 lbs.
Able to do repetitive motion with hands, wrist and arms
Able to work with arms above head
Able to bend and squat to ground level
Able to work in temperatures ranging from 0 to 110 degree
Able to assemble, lift and climb ladders up to 30 feet
This is a general labor position and a perfect opportunity for anyone with experience working outdoors, in customer service, hospitality or line cooks/back of the house.
Compensation: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

We are looking for courteous, self- motivated and friendly individuals that pay attention to detail. We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations, office buildings, and malls from 1 to 3 stories. Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver's license to be considered for employment.
