Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities within the firm, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


Compensation: 120-150K Base plus Bonus


Responsibilities:


Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.


Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and maintain comprehensive budgets and forecasts. Monitor financial performance against budgeted targets and provide regular updates to senior management.


Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making processes. Evaluate investment opportunities, assess risk, and recommend strategic initiatives to optimize financial performance.


Cash Management: Manage cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs and investment opportunities. Monitor banking activities and implement cash management strategies to maximize returns.


Risk Management: Identify and assess financial risks, including market risk, credit risk, and liquidity risk. Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential losses.


Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Prepare regulatory filings and coordinate with external auditors as needed.


Financial Planning: Assist in the development of long-term financial plans and strategies. Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and business growth.



Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

CPA or CFA required.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, preferably in the investment management industry.

Strong understanding of financial principles, including GAAP and financial analysis techniques.

Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis using Microsoft Excel or similar tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and clients at all levels.

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and strong organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
