**JOB SUMMARY:**

Our **Housekeeping** position plays an integral role in the success of our team, our community and creating a place our residents are proud to call home. You will be responsible for providing unparalleled service to our residents by ensuring a clean, well maintained and pleasant living environment. Duties include but are not limited to the following:
* Cleanliness of common areas
* Maintain clean and debris free exterior environment
* Cleaning of vacant apartments to prepare for new occupancy
* Seasonal duties such as weeds pulling in summer and snow removal in winter
* Light maintenance preferred
* 30 hours per week

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:**
* High School Diploma or GED required
* Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
* Detailed oriented
* Use of cleaning supplies complying with all instructed use.
*A pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check will be conducted.*
