Hudson Chrysler is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting the Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram brand to customers in the Hudson, WI area. You will be expected to provide exceptional customer service, build strong relationships with clients, and have a deep understanding of the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service to meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
Develop a deep understanding of the Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram brand and stay up-to-date with the latest products, features, and technology.
Utilize consultative selling techniques to educate customers on product options, features, and benefits to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the sale, including follow-up communication and post-sale customer service.
Meet and exceed sales targets by developing and executing sales strategies and tactics, including prospecting and networking with potential clients.
Collaborate with other sales consultants and the sales manager to ensure the overall success of the dealership.
Attend training sessions and stay up-to-date with new product releases, features, and technology to improve your knowledge and expertise.
Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and honesty in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Qualifications:
3+ years of sales experience in the automotive industry, preferably with a focus on Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram vehicles.
A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers and colleagues.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Knowledge of automotive industry regulations, trends, and developments.
Experience with sales tools and technology, including CRM software, social media, and online marketing.
A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
