SUMMARY
Performs professional nail, hand and foot treatments. Applies knowledge of the nails, including a basic knowledge of hand and foot massage techniques and a professional application of polish.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES OF THE POSITION:
* Be on time for your shift, prompt with each appointment and perform services within the appropriate time allotted for the service.
* Receive guests on time for their service in a courteous, professional and polite manner.
* Provide consistent professional nail, hand, and foot treatments in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practices.
* Properly open and close each shift according to Standard Operating Procedures and Spa protocols.
* Properly care for equipment, using proper sanitation and use proper amounts of product to assist with cost controls.
* Provide accurate and detailed descriptions of spa treatments, packages, services, treatment contraindications, facility features and hours of operation.
* Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products offered.
* Perform prep work, properly clean and restock room as required.
* Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions, and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available in the Spa or on property.
* Responds promptly to guest requests, complaints or inquiries professionally, courteously and promptly reporting to a supervisor if needed.
* Maintain a clean, safe, fully stocked and well organized work area.
* Assist in all areas of the spa operation, including locker room and fitness center as needed, as requested by management.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
* Must have a current State of Minnesota Cosmetology License or a current State of Minnesota Manicurist License.
* Previous spa or salon experience preferred.
