Today, the Company's mission and activity is the same; make bikes go faster on the race track and take those leanings to make impactful products for riders around the world. Since the Company's inception in 1979, we have had partnerships to run factory race programs with Suzuki, Yamaha, Ducati and Harley-Davidson in drag racing, road racing and flat track.

Job Description

**Position Overview**

This position is responsible for providing quality service to customers that phone-in or email with questions, concerns, issues or other reasons. This position represents the Company and is expected to be courteous, helpful and professional to every customer.

**Key Responsibilities**

Provide quality service to customers that phone-in or email with questions, concerns, issues or other reasons

Represent the Company by being courteous, helpful and professional to every customer

Daily communication with all CSRs concerning emergency expedited orders, new orders and expedited orders

Proactive monitoring of sales orders from the time the order is placed to the time the order has shipped by communication with and daily attention to the Packing/Shipping Departments

Taking studious notes when inquiring with another department regarding parts needed to ship a sales order

Preparation of weekly and monthly reports

Possible backup to the Customer Service Driver

Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations

Efficiently and effectively manage time

**Position Requirements**

Essential (Must Have):

A CSR Level 2

**Must have motorcycle knowledge**

Must have basic computer skills

Must have the ability to listen to and follow written and verbal instruction

Must have the ability to communicate effectively with Team Members and Supervisors

Must have the ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds

Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, walk up and down stairs, and move about the facility

Desirable:

Clean driving record

**Education and/or Experience Requirements**

High School Diploma or equivalent

Basic math skills

**Organizational Overview**

Reports to: Customer Service Supervisor

**Internal Relationships:**

Will interact with departmental personnel

May interact with multiple departments, including: Non-Inventory Coordinator, Shipping, Packing, Engineering and Testing

**External Relationships:**

Customers

**Delegated Authority:**

None

**Physical Environment**

The performance of this position normally requires exposure to typical manufacturing areas where under certain conditions, use of personal protective equipment is required
