Hours:

• Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5pm)
• Tuesday/Thursday (8:30am - 7pm) - on occasion

The Distribution Warehouse Associate is responsible for following established procedures while carrying out various functions in a manner that reflects the company s commitment to exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a clean, safe and organized warehouse.
• Following all OSHA and company safety policies and requirements.
• Loading and unloading trucks that arrive or need to be shipped out.
• Measuring slabs accurately
• Photographing slabs for inventory database.
• Following proper procedures regarding incoming and outgoing paperwork.
• Helping retail clients with slab movements and selections.
• General housekeeping duties (kitchen, bathroom, and breakroom)
• Miscellaneous duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Ability to perform duties with a sense of urgency, exceeding customer expectations.
• Able to lift 25 pounds; up to 45 pounds on an unassisted basis.
• Able to walk up and down 6ft ladder to get on and off truck beds.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced distribution center environment, and work extended hours as needed.
• Detail oriented.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Overhead Crane experience preferred.
• Forklift Certification preferred.
• Medical Card needed to drive non-CDL truck.
