Location: Remote

Pay Rate: $60-$70/HR DOE

Contract: 12 Months


Duties:

The IT Employee Experience team is expanding in order to support our growth of business applications. As a senior contributor, you ll work cross-functionally with project stakeholders to develop and launch learning programs. You ll also utilize learning data to build out dashboards to empower learners and business leaders with insights on the success of learning programs. This role will have a direct impact on accelerating the development and success of learning programs and employee productivity across the company.

  • Be a technical partner to our cross-functional business leaders.
  • Lead administration of software applications in order to support various business functions in launching their learning and support programs.
  • Combine application data sources to build dashboards that can power insights for our business leaders.
  • Support administration and project goals for other software tools.


Skills:

  • 5+ years experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) (ex. Docebo, Intellum).
  • 3+ years of experience working with data visualization applications (ex. Tableau).
  • Experience using SCORM files and authoring applications (ex. Articulate Rise).
  • Experience in editing pages using HTML and CSS
  • Experience with building, testing, and debugging advanced SQL queries.
  • Experience using and integrating with Data Warehouse applications (ex. Snowflake).
  • Experience utilizing APIs to perform back-end learning administrative tasks
  • Experience in building learning programs (ex. E-learning, instructor-led training, assessments).
  • Ability to translate business goals into system requirements and work end-to-end with service delivery teams (user stories, acceptance criteria, designs, testing plans).
  • Techno-functional aptitude to evaluate business capability needs and bridge them with technology solutions (gap analyses, current/future processes, design diagrams).
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of work, work autonomously with minimal oversight, and be proactive with communications and task prioritization.
  • Ability to communicate in a clear and concise professional manner, tailored to the appropriate audience; including both verbal and written communications.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and program management skills.
  • High proficiency orchestrating and delivering work on enterprise software (Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Confluence, Mac OS).
