**Description**

**Job Summary:** This person will be working in a fast-paced environment where they will be expected to display strong customer service and communication skills to properly assist patients with resolving medical claims. They will support patients by providing helpful information and answering questions. They will handle a large volume of incoming calls and navigate between multiple systems with various clinics and departments.

**Responsibilities**

* Making outbound calls

* Receiving inbound calls

* Identifying consumer payment plans

* Setting up consumer payments over the phone

* Notating each call in the system

* Provide information to Client Services as needed

* Understanding and fully complying with all federal and state laws and regulations (including HIPAA) regarding collections policies and procedures

* Meeting or exceeding metric goals

**Requirements**

* H.S. Diploma/GED

* Must be willing to submit for a background check

* May work occasional evenings and Saturdays

* Must have high integrity

* Have a positive attitude and demonstrate teamwork

* Strong Organizational skills

* Strong problem solving skills

* Strong written and oral communication skills

* Time management and sound decision-making skills
