Job Details

We are a fast-growing, privately held, global manufacturer in the Forrest Products industry. The company has achieved revenue growth by 5X+ in the past five years due to successful Mergers and Acquisitions.


Reporting to the CHRO, this role will be working on C&B strategic projects to support the growth of the business in North America. Working at the corporate level, he/she will play a critical role in benchmarking, designing, and managing all base and variable pay programs (STIP and LTIP) as needed. The role will provide analysis and recommendations to our Executive Leadership Team.


The role also serves as the subject matter expert on compensation topics including special incentive plans, M&A due diligence, and remaining competitive in the markets where we need to attract and retain key talent. He/She may also lead the C&B negotiations for executive level hirings.


Deep understanding of Asian culture will be an asset.
