Job Description:

As the Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional support across various functions. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of cash flow using QuickBooks Online, handling HR functions, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of cash flow, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, collections, reconciliation, and reporting using QuickBooks Online.
  • Oversee HR functions such as managing PTO, benefits administration, and maintaining employee records.
  • Provide exemplary customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and scheduling services.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of all transactions and interactions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Possibly involve local travel to customer homes for service-related purposes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in office management or related administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and other relevant software.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
