**Position Title:** Inside Sales Manager **Location of Position:** Park City, Utah **Position Summary:** Skullcandy is seeking a passionate, domestic based Inside Sales Manager to be responsible for working with our Smaller Customers in the Specialty, Sporting Goods and CE Channels in addition to our DSV and Closeout channels. **Primary Functional Responsibilities:**

* Establish and maintain positive relationships with their Customers

* Provide monthly data analysis gains / losses / projections

* Provide weekly sales reports to VP of Sales - Sell-thru, WOS, Trends, Open Items Status

* Engage in regular monthly and quarterly business reviews and daily/weekly forecast activities

* Manage the Sales Promotional Calendar and its communication to the Team

* Understand product features and their strategic combination needed to solve consumer problems in pursuit of growing the Skullcandy Business.

* Be skilled in relationship management, public speaking and sales presentations as well as strategic insights selling techniques.

* Possess high levels of professionalism and accountability.

* Manage relationships across multiple layers internally and externally.

* Must be comfortable interacting with executive levels and individual contributors equally.

* Meet established sales targets.

+ Take accountability to ensure completion of the sales cycle.

* Demonstrate ability to positively influence customers (propose options/solutions).

* Ability to successfully implement a territory management strategy

**Required Experience and Skills**

* Experience:

+ 2-5 years of experience in the field of sales and/or retail merchandising

+ Experience developing Sales Plans and Marketing Promotions

+ Sales Analysis Experience

* Strong work ethic and attention to detail

* Ability to travel 10% of the time

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills within the company and with external business partners

* Proficient with Microsoft Suite

**Preferred Experience and Skills**

* Experience: SAP Accounting Software and EDI (invoicing)

* Education: Bachelors
