Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, IN **Impact the Moment!** As a Marketing Professional you will lead the effective delivery of marketing programs for the wide range of offerings and products of the Test Preparation division of McGraw Hill India. This person will be required to assess the marketing opportunities, collaborate with sales and cross-skilled teams, create impactful go-to-market campaigns and execute them with measurable ROI. Responsible for executing marketing and communications programs and campaigns. Programs can include end-to-end campaign management in the area of sales and marketing support, digital marketing, direct marketing, events and sponsorships, and internal communications; development of marketing collaterals and merchandise and credentials development Creating marketing and communications strategy for the Test Preparation segment (current priority) and English Language Learning (ELL) and K-12 (kindergarten to senior secondary) markets in the near future Align with the sales goals of the division and work with the national and regional sales team and other skilled team members and external agencies (as required by the program) Measure results from programs; work with the sales and marketing operation team for metrics and ROI Has knowledge of and adheres to marketing processes and guidelines while executing the programs 4 + years of overall marketing experience across functional areas Relevant exposure and understanding of the test preparation market will be a major plus Understanding and ability to apply marketing concepts, visual identity, brand strategy, and positioning, and message development skills Client servicing experience Sound oral and written business communication skills Stakeholder management Quick learner Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks Ability to develop and apply creative, workable solutions to project-related matters As an education innovation company, were proud to play our part by inspiring learners around the world.
