Garber Chevrolet Highland is in need of multiple Automotive Product Specialists, comfortable interacting with our customers in Spanish and English. Rare opportunity to join an Elite Hispanic Team accomplishing RECORD Sales volumes in the Chicagoland market!

As a Bilingual Salesperson, you will play a key role in assisting Spanish-speaking customers throughout the vehicle purchase process, providing guidance, information, and support to ensure a positive and memorable experience.

Bilingual Automotive Salesperson Responsibilities
  • Offer assistance or direction to customers who enter the dealership, submit an internet inquiry, or call the store
  • Assist customers in making a purchase decision by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses and needs
  • Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
  • Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospective customers
  • Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses

Bilingual Automotive Salesperson Qualifications
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Enthusiasm and high energy throughout the sales workday
  • Tech savvy including using social media, Microsoft Office applications, and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Friendly, competitive personality, especially when handling objections & negotiating pricing
  • Strong customer service, communication skills, computer and basic math skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Clean driving record & valid driver's license
  • Willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment
