**Job Summary**

The To Go / Take O ut Restaurant Culinary Operating Partner is responsible for maintaining the operational excellence of their specified P.F. Changs To Go restaurant. The To Go / Take O ut Restaurant Culinary Operating Partner continually provides leadership and guidance to the management team and hourly staff through promoting and maintaining all operating standards of restaurant . The To Go / Take O ut Restaurant Culinary Operating Partner, is responsible for operational excellence, increasing sales and profit, hiring, training, performance management and development of team members, and overseeing safety and sanitation for their designated restaurant.

**Job Responsibilities**

* A ccountable for the overall operational excellence of restaurant

* Supports the goals and new initiatives of the restaurant

* Strives to increase sales and operating profit , and sets short/long term plans to help meet those goals through local marketing and other internal opportunities

* Supervises, assigns, and delegates task(s) appropriately to management and hourly team members

* Responsible for recruiting, hiring, and training a successful team of employees, and following training for each job position

* Acts as a goodwill ambassador to the community and restaurant

* Manages local marketing and actively leads local marketing efforts

* Responsible for ensuring that all employee performance appraisals are current

* Accountable for ensuring that all state safety and sanitation guidelines are followed

* Responsible for ensuring regular repairs and maintenance of the restaurant

* Effectively handles administrative management tasks in daily operations, which may include but are not limited to, hiring, and terminating processes; scheduling (including predictive scheduling where applicable); team member performance management; on-going performance appraisals; invoicing; payroll; cash handling; inventory management

* Responsible for maintaining all product quality standards by performing regular line checks

* Responsible for making sure that all prep lists and order guides are complete

* Responsible for all cost and food inventories

* Supports guest relations and customer satisfaction outcomes of restaurant

* Responsible for ensuring knowledge of and adhering to state/and local laws and compliance regulations

* May lead hospitality or culinary duties in restaurant operations

* Provides ongoing leadership and development to immediate management staff which may include but is not limited to, management of P&L statement accountabilities; food and labor costs; and safety and sanitation

* Accountable for fostering a safe, respectful, and quality employee experience

* Is able and available to complete tasks throughout the restaurant as needed, including but not limited to cooking, placing, and packaging orders. Must be able to stand and walk for periods of eight to ten hours in length each shift

**Job Requirements**

* Must be able to reach, bend, balance and transport various objects weighing up to 30 lbs. repeatedly during a shift. At times it might be necessary to lift up to 50 lbs.

* Must be able to work around various levels of temperature, including warm to very warm temperatures in the kitchen
