Maintenance Manager
An expanding commercial bakery is seeking a Maintenance Manager to join their team near Kenosha WI! The Maintenance Manager directs all maintenance efforts to ensure plant quality, efficiency, safety and financial goals are met or exceeded as directed by Plant Manager. Room for upward mobility in a growing organization and the opportunity to step in and lead change in an expanding plant.
Responsibilities
Build and manage a team including Supervisors, Leads, Clerks, and Technicians to achieve plant objectives.
Ensure all personnel are adhering to company policies including food processing regulation and safety.
Manage all safety activities for the department including but not limited to training, program development, machine specific LOTO, equipment evaluations, etc.
Arrange for, and manage, appropriate third-party contractor support, as needed
Supervise and coordinate the work of employees who repair and maintain building, facilities, equipment, and machinery
Manage all Resources to ensure the operations meets production goals at budgeted cost.
Understand cost drivers within the budget and seek improvements in cost reduction.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in maintenance management roles (required)
AS in engineering discipline (preferred) or certifications and experience in lieu of
Hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, light electrical experience in a Food production setting (required) PLC experience (preferred)
