Job Description:

As an IT Support Technician at Tier 2/3, you will be responsible for handling complex issues that escalate beyond the initial support level. Your role will involve troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and network-related problems. You will also provide advanced technical support to our clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels and minimal disruption to their operations.


Responsibilities:

- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support, resolving complex IT issues efficiently.

- Manage tickets escalated from Tier 1 support and ensure all issues are resolved within agreed SLAs.

- Perform hardware and software installations, configurations, and updates.

- Troubleshoot network issues, including LAN, WAN, and VPN connectivity problems.

- Work closely with clients to understand their systems and provide customized solutions.

- Document technical procedures and create user guides for clients.

- Collaborate with the IT team to improve internal processes and enhance customer service delivery.


Qualifications:

- Proven experience in IT support, preferably within a managed services environment.

- Strong understanding of Windows/Linux operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other commonly used software and systems.

- Experience with networking technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, and routers.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

- Superb communication and interpersonal skills.

- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are preferred.

- Existing Managed Service Provider experience preferred, but not required.
