Job Details
The packaging and delivery member is dependable, adaptable/flexible, detail oriented, and able to work within an established framework with minimal supervision. This position is executed within our coffee production department, with immediate and sole responsibilities focused towards packaging coffee, online fulfillment, and delivering orders accordingly. Some amount of experience in coffee or at least an interest would be very much appreciated but not necessary. Our space is one of inclusivity and we expect the same mindset from anyone who would choose to work with us.
Job Duties
- Daily fulfillment of coffee orders. Follow existing protocols to ensure proper labeling, grinding, and packaging of coffee to complete customers orders within guaranteed lead times.
- Physical and demanding at times. Must be able to solo-lift up to 50 lbs. and co-lift up to 130 lbs.
- Operate various types of coffee packaging equipment to include heat sealer, weigh/fill machine, scales, cold brew equipment, hand lift, etc.
- Accountability includes weekly inventory of packaging supplies (labels, bags, stickers, cleaning supplies, etc.)
- Perform routine, scheduled maintenance of packaging equipment and surrounding area.
- Maintain a clean working environment throughout the day.
- Assist with various shipping and receiving tasks, warehouse tasks, building maintenance, and brewing equipment cleaning and maintenance.
- Represent company in a professional way at various locations to include our own retail locations.

9am - 5pm~
