Position: Call Center Agent
Location: Knoxville, TN 37932 (Work From office )
Work Mode: Work from Office
Education, Experience and Other Skills
Experience working in the travel industry or personal experience using travel products is preferred (flights, cars, hotels, cruises, vacation packages)
One (1) year call center experience
Customer service experience preferred
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and MS Office preferred
Commitment to customer service
Strong typing skills
Strong familiarity with the internet incl. ability to navigate seamlessly between multiple applications
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
