Seasoned Recruitment is currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Hospice Nurse. As a Hospice RN, you will have the opportunity to provide holistic and compassionate care to patients and their families during the end-of-life journey.
In this role, you will assess and manage the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients in a hospice care setting. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, provide education and support to patients and their families, and ensure the highest quality of care.

Requirements
To qualify for this position, you must:
- Possess a valid and unencumbered nursing license
- Have a minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in hospice or palliative care
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Show compassion and empathy towards patients and families
- Have a thorough understanding of end-of-life care and pain management
- Be able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
