Procurement Lead

will be responsible for assessing and reporting on market trends, evaluating risk, and performing high-level raw material analysis to support the Company s business. Procurement Lead will also be responsible for purchased goods, including fruit juices, concentrates, and other ingredients.

Corporate Headquarters in Cherry Hill, NJ.Primary Responsibilities include

:Prepare and analyze monthly inventory reports on key raw materials and recommend necessary actions to ensure continuity of supplyManage short-term inventory risks due to quality and/or supply constraints and coordinate cross-functionally to resolvePrepare and analyze RFPs (Request for Proposals) and make strategic recommendationsPerform market analysis, track trends in pricing and supply dynamics, and compile a commodity library for the organizationCollaborate with other departments in the process of bringing new products from concept to market. Identify sources for materials for new items requested by the marketing or R&D departments.Procure raw materials, as assigned, to support the business and maintain effective supplier relationships.Perform strategic analysis and own the development of improved sourcing strategies.Be able to prepare reports & recommendations for presentation to executive leadershipPrepare and publish various commodity reports to the businessChampion and drive process improvementsPerforms other related duties as required and assignedLEAD RESPONSIBILITIESTrain new employees that are hired in the work area assignedAdvanced knowledge of fieldLead by example and assist others who may need guidanceBe accessible for employees to ask questions regarding area of expertiseProvide positive recognition to employees who exhibit good behavior in their work areaProvide feedback to managers on individual and team performanceEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEMinimum Required QualificationsMinimum of Bachelor s DegreeMinimum 5+ years experienceStrong analytical skillsStrong communication skills, both written and oralHighly motivated; results oriented; able to learn quicklyExceptional skills in Microsoft Excel & PowerPointAdditional Preferred QualificationsAdvanced excel skills and computer savvyPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONSThis position requires sufficient physical ability to work in a typical office setting; driving a motor vehicle and occasionally working in the field.FREQUENT:

sitting, upward and downward flexion of neck; fine finger dexterity and light to moderate finger pressure to include extended periods of keyboard and mouse use, side-to-side turning of neck, walking, standing, bending and stooping, pushing/pulling, twisting at waist, moderate wrist torque to twist equipment knobs and dials.OCCASIONAL:

squatting, kneeling, reach above and at shoulder height, moderate grasp to manipulate reference books and manuals; lifting objects weighing 20 35 lbs. from below waist to above shoulders and transporting distances up to 50 feet.VISION:

Ability to see in the normal visual range with or without correction.HEARING:
