**Restaurant Crew Lead**
We offer variety of popular casual dining brands including IHOP, Country Pride, Iron Skillet, Black Bear Diner and Fuddruckers! We are looking for a Restaurant Crew Lead for one of our full service restaurants.
**In this role, you will:**
* Practice Safety as Priority #1 for your restaurant team and customers
* Lead your team members in achieving the shift targets according to restaurant standards (i.e. safety, food quality, sanitation, cleanliness, and customer service)
* Perform administrative duties in the areas of cost control, cash handling and the completion of a required report for your shift
* Serve each guest courteously, quickly and efficiently with a sincere, positive, enthusiastic attitude, according to restaurant standards
