Robert Half's marketing & creative client is looking for a 3D Designer for a 4+ month contract on the North Shore. This is a hybrid, 40 hour-per-week assignment; candidates must be able to commute and work onsite in Peabody. The 3D Designer will support a temporary leave and collaborate on the design development process of new spaces and exhibits from conception through execution. They will also manage fabrication, lighting, modeling, and installation. Interested candidates should submit a portfolio of relevant design samples with resume. Qualifications:
- Degree in design or related field
- 4+ years of experience with 3D/exhibition design
- VectorWorks or similar platform experience
- Adobe Creative Suite
- SketchUp or similar platform experience
- Knowledge of fabrication, specs, and vendor management
- Exposure to installation and/or immersive event spaces
- Self-starter
- Detail-oriented
- Excellent communication skills
