Senior Accountant Opportunity
Schedule: 5 days on site and hybrid (3 days on site) after training period.
We are helping our client, a global multi-industrial manufacturing leader, in the search of a Senior Accountant with 3 -5 years accounting experience in a publicly traded company, industry or public accounting.
This candidate must have advanced excel skills; strong understanding of GAAP principles and inventory accounting are desired for this role as long as journal entry preparation/account reconciliations.

Responsibilities:
- The senior accountant reports to the Accounting Manager and is responsible for overseeing the general ledger and accounting related activities.
- Assists with reporting, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations.
- Perform inventory counts and raw materials.
- Performs reconciliations of balance sheet accounts.
- May be trained and assigned to specialized tasks such as fixed assets, state and local tax, or other accounting operations.
