**A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A HEALTHCARE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE**

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you are the cornerstone of our organization and the first point of contact for our patients. This is why **we give our Customer Service Representatives the training needed** to help patients navigate the billing process and resolve their outstanding balances. Over the phone, you actively listen to patients and assist them in resolving their medical balances by negotiating and collecting payments.

Your empathetic nature and ability to quickly resolve problems while remaining positive is essential to your success. And, when challenging situations arise, you continue to offer excellent customer service as you resolve their billing issues. **QUALIFICATIONS**

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Previous customer service experience

* Experience in healthcare billing and finance

* Understanding of HIPAA

* Ability to learn new software quickly

**WORK SCHEDULE**

Our Healthcare Customer Service Representatives enjoy flexibility through three schedule options: M-F 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, and 9:00 am - 6:00 pm. The position is temporarily remote due to COVID-19.
