Lawyers On Demand, a Consilio company, is seeking an experienced Commercial Contracts Attorney for a Contract, Temp-to-Perm & Full-Time position in Denver, Colorado.
Active Colorado bar admission required.
Job Details:
- Full-time: 40 hours per week
- Hybrid: 4 days in office/ 1 day remote in Denver, CO
- Duration: Indefinite, no end date
- Start Date: ASAP
- Pay rate: $80 - $95/hr
- Perm Salary Range: 150k-200k base
Job Duties:
- Experience with heavy commercial contracting
- Experience with Real Estate and Construction required
- Ability to review, revise, draft, negotiate and advise on professional services, computer services, SaaS and IT licenses, ground handling, airport and hangar leases, construction, customer service, marketing, e-commerce and promotions, equipment and materials purchases, supply chain, repair, and maintenance
- Experience with agenda prep and preparing meeting minutes and resolutions for Board Committees
- Ability to perform risk analysis of regulatory issues and advise on cyber security and data privacy compliance
- BONUS: Experience with airline or public company, and/or having graduated from a T20 law school
Requirements:
- BONUS: Admitted to the CO Bar and in good standing in the United States
- 4 years minimum of experience at a law firm serving corporate clients in-house, or both
The hourly rate range for this position is approximately $80 - $95 per hour. A specific rate of pay for a project will be discussed with you if it is determined that you are a potential fit for a role.
