**Job Functions / Responsibilities**
* Work with the entire team to run a profitable restaurant where quality of service and guest experience is a priority, inclusive of creativity and consistency of food.
* Build a cohesive team through recruiting, hiring, training and ongoing education for all staff
* Produce accurate inventories and maintain established budget percentage
* Ordering to maximize sales and optimize profits
* PC knowledge - word, excel, scheduling software, Open Table and Aloha Pos
* Respond to multi- media guest contact
* Promote and implement marketing promotions and specials through social media
* Awareness of seasonal business changes and events
* Compliance of sanitation and safety standards in accordance with PA State Health and Safety Regulations. **Benefits**

**Qualifications**
* Minimum (3) three years experience in management of Food& Beverage
* Degree from an accredited culinary institution a plus
