We are hiring a transactional attorney with business sense and entrepreneurial spirit to join a dynamic corporate transactional law boutique that specializes in mergers & acquisitions, financings (including venture capital and credit finance), start-ups, commercial contracts, technology and real estate transactions, entity governance and general business matters. The ideal candidate will be an intelligent and passionate self-starter with enthusiasm for doing deals and making an impact as part of an entrepreneurial community.

Transactional experience
Big law experience preferred

Pay Range: $180,000 - $200,000 annual salary + discretionary bonus
