**Job Description**
**CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE MANAGER-Mississippi**
We are looking to hire an exemplary Customer Experience Manager to lead our service staff to deliver exceptional customer service. The Manager will build a strong team and shape staff behaviors to accomplish desired results.
**Supervisor Responsibilities:**
* Ability to analyze reporting
* Accountable for tracking and reporting
* Providing updates to call center staff regarding changes
* Taking escalated calls
* Ability to drive results based upon performance standards
* Ability to analyze/deliver on reporting
* Responsible for delivering KPIs of the immediate team
* Delivers coaching and feedback to the team members to enhance performance
* Resolve problems
* Oversee payroll activities
Customer Service Manager Requirements:
* High school diploma, or GED req Bachelor pref
* 3+ years of work experience in a similar position.
* Knowledge of customer service, and standard office practices and procedures.
* Strong MS Office.
* Outstanding communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
* Strong people skills
* Outstanding organizational skills.
* Available to work varied shifts.
