The Logistics Manager will spearhead our distribution operations, ensuring efficient and compliant fulfillment processes within a fast-paced and highly regulated market. Your role will be central to managing our complex supply chains and regulatory platforms, keeping our operations running smoothly.
What does the day-to-day look like?
This role will keep you on your toes as you juggle creating accurate shipping manifests, coordinating inventory transfers with METRC, and aligning invoices with actual shipments. You'll ensure everything from the paperwork to the physical logistics is prepped and perfect for seamless deliveries. With a direct hand in scheduling, vehicle maintenance, and real-time shipment tracking, you'll be the orchestration behind the smooth flow of goods. Expect to engage actively with team members, train new drivers, and streamline operations to enhance efficiency across the board.

You'd be an great fit if you:
- Are at least 21 years of age or older.
- Hold a valid State Driver's license.
- Have experience managing logistics and distribution (cannabis or highly regulated industry).
- Excel in multitasking and prioritize efficiency in all logistics operations.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively manage team and vendor relationships.
- Are proactive and detail-oriented, ensuring compliance and accuracy in every task.
