Contract Administrative Assistant
6 Weeks + On Site Providence RI
Possible long term extension or transition to different team
- Complex administrative duties and responsibilities including calendaring, document management, front desk support, scheduling and clerical duties
- Analyze operational information and prepare detailed and comprehensive reports of findings
- Perofrm varied outreach and communications including writing and organization outreach
- Administrative tasks and research in preparation of the agency s annual budget.
- Coordinate the flow of work among the various units within the agency
- Assign space, equipment and supplies
- Handle important and routine correspondence.
KNOWLEDGES and SKILLS
- High level of competency in MS Office: Power Point, Excel, Word and Outlook
- 2-3+ years of administrative experience
