WAVE is currently looking for a Tool and Die Mechanic to join our team!

Hours will be Sunday-Thursday from 10:30pm-6:30am with some overtime.

With a combination of hourly pay and profit sharing, you can earn a minimum of $76,512 per year!

Responsibilities for Tool & Die Maker/Machinist:

  • Perform all work in a safe manner; wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and make certain that all safety equipment is in proper working order.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair press tooling in a production manufacturing environment.
  • Safely and efficiently manufacture new and/or replacement tooling components from detailed part drawings and/or verbal instructions using a variety of manual machine shop equipment (Vertical "Bridgeport style" Mills, Surface Grinders, Welders, Hone, Drill Press, hydraulic press, etc.)
  • Use precision measuring tools to measure and manufacture parts to exact specifications for tooling
  • Use CMMS system for accurate tooling maintenance record keeping
  • Able to lift a maximum of 40 pounds

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of Tool & Die repair or machine shop experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
