Job Overview **5 years experience in Employee Relations and/or workplace issue related investigations, Labor/Employment relations, Labor/employment law or related areas IS REQUIRED.****REMOTE ROLE (Candidates on EST will be preferred****MUST BE BI-LINGUAL (Spanish/Portuguese)**** SALARY- $86,240-129,360**The Global Employee Relations (ER) Center of Excellence reports to the Office of the Ombudsman and provides an independent objective guidance and services to assist all business units and functions in achieving their operational goals, positively shape relevant employee experiences and uphold TE s core values.Reporting to the Head of Employee Relations, this position will conduct investigations of workplace or ER issues and provide ER related trainings and advice to all businesses and functions. The successful applicant for this position will interact with various functional areas throughout the company including Legal, HR, Operations, etc. and will have demonstrated a collaborative nature while working in an Employee Relations function. This position will be based in the United States. Work under the guidance of the Head of Employee Relations to conduct independent and objective investigations regarding workplace or ER issues or complaints raised to the Office or the Ombudsman or through other channelsEnsure assigned ER investigations are completed in a fair, objective, timely and thorough means and in compliance with relevant policies and regulationsParticipate in the development and maintenance of ER investigation procedures to ensure all observations, findings and conclusions are supported with evidenceIn collaboration with the Labor & Employment legal partners to ensure that recommended corrective actions are fair and consistentEngage with management and HR partners to review/discuss findings and resulting corrective actions (including disciplinary actions or continuous improvement opportunities)In collaboration with the Labor & Employment and Ethics & Compliance legal partners to promote knowledge, understanding and compliance regarding Company Values, relevant Employee Relations laws, regulations and company policies through coaching, presentations and trainingsPropose relevant ER solutions and act as a resource for all businesses and functionsProvide general support as needed to Labor & Employment counsels for employment claimsTravel will be required as needed (5-10%)What your background should look like: Bachelor s degree required5 years experience in Employee Relations and/or workplace issue related investigations, Labor/Employment relations, Labor/employment law or related areas.
