FIELD SALES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE CROSS BORDER
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Act as the single point of contact for Hellmann solutions and service sales in Cross Border Road Freight.
- Aggressively obtain new local customers through sales "hunting" activity, developing relationships, and correctly assessing the prospective account to secure business.
- Build customer portfolio in alignment with the needs and capabilities of the Road & Rail Product.
- Act as product matter specialist for teammates in Hellmann sales community.
- Perform all aspects of the sales process, input and update all relevant activities utilizing CRM daily (required).
- Conduct mutually agreed Quarterly Business Reviews with the customer and maintain close/ongoing communication with customer and Hellmann Road Operations to assure expectations are satisfied.
Skills And Experiences
- Bachelor s Degree in business or related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience will be considered in lieu of educational requirement.
- Requires a minimum of 5 years sales in Cross Border Road Freight
- Operations experience with cross border services including general knowledge of customs processes.
- Experience with logistics processes, systems, and solutions.
- Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills a must.
- Ability to travel 50% or more and maintain a valid driver s license.
