ABOUT THE COMPANY:

OVERVIEW OF THE OFFICE CLERK ROLE:

  • Office Clerk performs basic clerical functions which includes filing paperwork quickly and accurately, copying, inputting, packing up files, etc
  • Prepare and scan documents into computer database
  • Office Clerk works with scanned documents to enter data into spreadsheets and their database quickly and accurately
  • Operate related business machines such as calculator, computer, copiers, and shredder

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR OFFICE CLERK ROLE:

  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The Office Clerk must have the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with Excel - data entry and some basic formulas
