Asphalt Paving Foreman
Magruder Paving, LLC is looking for a asphalt paving foreman to join the team and oversee construction projects in Missouri.

What we need:
- Proven success as a job foreman, in a DOT or heavy highway environment.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Strong leadership and teamwork focused.
- Positive attitude with the ability to problem solve and make decisions quickly while applying critical thinking.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scope of work, and project schedules.
- Current OSHA 30, CPR, First Aid, and Work Zone Safety certifications preferred.
- Calm, professional, business-minded attitude, with thick skin.

- Monday thru Friday
- We try and maximize the work day during the months of March November. In 2023, we only worked 2 Saturdays.
Experience:
- Heavy-Highway Asphalt Paving: 5 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- CDL Driver's License (Preferred)
- OSHA 30 (Required)
Work Location: We work statewide in Missouri. Locations for 2024 include Chillicothe, Jefferson City, Lake Ozark area, Sikeston area.
