Greater Chesapeake Hand to Shoulder is a premium private physician practice specializing in the Upper Extremity, treating shoulder to fingertip. The physician owners specialize in Orthopedics or Plastic Surgery and are all Board Certified, Fellowship trained surgeons. We provide both surgical and non surgical treatment options of routine and complex upper extremity problems. The physicians also own and operative a 2 OR ASC located adjacent to the primary office location.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lutherville, MD for a Human Resources Manager at Greater Chesapeake Hand Specialists / Lutherville SurgiCenter. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. They will manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and training and development programs. The Human Resources Manager will also provide guidance and support to employees and managers, and contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in human resources
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition in the Healthcare field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Certifications such as PHR or SHRM-CP are preferred
