OverviewPosition Summary DetailsWe are seeking a motivated, friendly team member who will perform general cleaning duties in designated areas in a school, college, or university environment.Essential FunctionsPerform work according to directions, standard procedure, and/or the established scheduleOperate and sanitize all assigned equipment in a safe and proper mannerFollow and comply with all applicable health and sanitation procedures and adhere to safe work practicesResponsibilitiesClean classrooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, office, stairwaysSweep, remove debris, clean spills, and mop floors in designated areasRegularly check trash receptacles, emptying as needed, in all designated areasCollect, consolidate, and separate recycling into proper receptaclesClean mirrored surface; polish stainless steel surfacesDust furniture, fixtures, shelves, and other areas as neededMaintain the cleanliness of restrooms (includes cleaning and polishing as needed)Wash walls, woodwork, doors, and sillsComplete cleaning, safety, and inspection logs as directedPerforms other duties as assignedQualificationsOne year of similar experience preferred.REQNUMBER: 84404All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
