Neal Psychological Specialties, LTD is a busy private practice operating in Crystal Lake and West Dundee for 40+ years. We are seeking a therapist to work with adults, marriage and family. A Masters degree and IL state license (LPC or LCPC) is required, 2+ years experience preferred. Also seeking a Psy.D
Practice will provide generous incentive compensation and a steady client base.

20/week: $54,000
25/week: $69,000
30/week: $90,000
35/week: $114,000
We also offer flexible scheduling, complete billing services, web-based charting/billing software, supervision/consultation, onsite receptionist for check in/out scheduling of clients and collection of payments and a supportive/collegial environment.
Position will start off part-time moving to full time as caseload grows. The clinician's schedule will need to include typical private practice hours such as evenings and some weekends.
