Job Description:

The Business Development Specialist will work hand in hand with our regional managers in recruiting future Neighborhood Loans loan officers. You will be responsible for developing relationships and scheduling meetings with prospective loan officers to engage them with Neighborhood Loans.


Responsibilities:

  • Research and collect intelligence on potential Loan Officer Recruits.
  • Reach out to potential Loan Officers, inform them about Neighborhood Loans, and schedule a time for them to speak with a regional manager.
  • Travel to events to represent the company and engage with prospects.


Requirements:

  • Relevant work or internship experience in sales or account management preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a competitive and fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced computer and internet search skills
  • Effective professional writing and problem-solving skills
  • Superior time management skills and strong attention to detail
  • Desire to grow your career in the mortgage industry.
