In this full-time role, you will support team members in different channels as they work with clients to match products and services to their unique needs and take inbound calls from clients and potential clients which means successful candidates can multitask, have customer service experience, and navigate multiple, simple computer applications. We will provide computer equipment and training. This is an in-person position located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.


Must-have qualifications

  • Two years of post-secondary education and be enrolled in a college or university program, pursuing a degree in business, accounting, math, or a related field; we love working with students and understand the unique scheduling
  • Possess strong self-awareness and computing skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Able to work independently but enjoy a high degree of interaction with team members who will be working closely with you
  • Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication, including the ability to actively listen, and problem-solve with minimal assistance
  • Attention to detail and commitment to a high level of accuracy
  • The ability to multi-task, prioritize, work independently, and use discretion surrounding sensitive information
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude


Benefits

  • Base compensation range is $70,000 - $145,000. This is NOT a commission-based role.

Responsibilities

  • This position is a senior client-facing role responsible for directly supporting property and casualty Insurance client relationship management efforts and coordinating all service activity
  • As key member of the client service team, responsible for facilitating the delivery of strategy and providing program consultation to clients and managing at least one additional staff member
  • Prepare and facilitate internal strategy, including program-level oversight delivery and review of current program, client service agreements, menu of services required and client service planning
  • Ensure documentation is kept, and that outcomes and next steps are finalized at conclusion for each client interaction
  • Ensure updated exposures and coverage information in completed in a timely fashion by gathering all relevant and required information
  • Coordinate completion of updated information and applications, and coordinate responses with clients
  • Guide as needed for review of client exposure updates and identification of recommendations in addition to needs and gap analysis
  • Populate proposal content, and coordinate inputs of information from intake and other resources
  • Lead proposal delivery meetings with clients
  • Ensure documentation of proposal changes and client decisions with communication to the client as applicable
  • Ensure the Order to Bind is received from the client and that the confirmation of coverage and binders are delivered
  • Provide guidance throughout the binding process, including subjectivities as applicable
  • Oversight of final review post issue
  • Manage and coordinate billing and invoicing allocations as needed
  • Monitor the timely and accurate completion of the billing process and coordinate support for escalations of client-level accounting issues (including discrepancies and fee arrangements)
  • Ongoing service management and oversight of timely and accurate completion of endorsement and audit requests
  • Responsibility to review
  • Respond to mid-term client inquiries (i.e., policy and coverage questions)
  • Oversight and guidance on the open items listings with clients
  • Provide leadership and support for ongoing client projects, and subsequent reporting and analysis (i.e., client advocacy, stewardship reporting)
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings for clients
  • Ability to interpret, analyze and present proposals
  • Strong leadership skills within servicing function, to include delegation, coaching and mentoring
  • Demonstrate organizational leadership and influence with colleagues


Schedule

The office is open Monday through Friday and closed on weekends. We offer flexible schedules to accommodate student school schedules.
