FORCE America, Inc. - one of the leading suppliers of motion and control systems in North America is looking to add a Sales Territory Manager to our team.
Overview: The FORCE America Sales Territory Manager will sell value added mobile hydraulic systems and parts, covering a wide variety of applications to achieve gross margin and sales goals set by the company in the designated territory.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Grows sales of FORCE America products in assigned territory through prospecting of new customers and new applications with existing customers.
- Achieves sales and gross margin goals for the territory.
- Utilizes the FORCE Opportunity Identification model to ensure a healthy portfolio of customers.
- Builds and maintains a consultative relationship with customers and is considered part of customer s strategic team.
- Provides all regularly required reports and data.
- Provides all required data for participation in development of sales plans for assigned territory.
- Works collaboratively, and always in the best interest of FORCE America to support customer needs.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate s degree in Fluid Power or Mechatronics, bachelor s degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of years of experience and education.
- 2 years of experience with fluid power technology preferred and the ability to build and communicate solutions that meet customer needs.
- Demonstrated skills that reflect consultative sales ability and ability to grow sales with new and existing customers.
- 3-5 years of consultative level OEM sales experience and a track record of sales growth in mobile fluid power preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, and a strong sales aptitude.
