Location: On-site in Edison, NJ


Seeking a hardworking undergraduate college student looking for an exciting opportunity! As an Operations Assistant Intern at MaxSolar, you are provided an opportunity to gain real work experience while utilizing the skills and knowledge you ve gained in your studies. We are seeking an individual that enjoys a challenge, can provide effective and efficient feedback, and is interested in renewable and sustainable energy.

The Operations Assistant Internship program is designed to provide the successful applicant with the opportunity to obtain strategic operational and effective communication skills in a supportive office environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating project logistics, including scheduling, procurement, and resource allocation
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation related to operational activities
  • Support daily operations tasks under the guidance of senior staff members.
  • Contribute to data entry and management within operational databases and systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational effectiveness.
  • Administrative duties, including organizing files, coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, maintaining meeting notes
  • Act as a liaison with other departments on open workflow tasks and projects
  • Other related responsibilities/projects


Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a four-year undergraduate degree program pursuing a bachelor s degree, preferably in Engineering, Business management, Operations, or related field and in good standing at an accredited college or university. Must be able to work 20-25 hours a week and complete a 12-week internship program.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and exercise good judgment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Interest in renewable energy and sustainable practices preferred.
  • Flexible and adaptable with a positive attitude towards learning and growth
